Refund Policy

At BinaryAI Solutions, we understand that our AI automation, consultation, and integration services represent a significant investment for small and medium-sized businesses. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services. Due to the nature of consultation services and the immediate value provided through our expertise, all services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any concerns.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances: if services have not yet commenced and we receive written cancellation notice at least 7 business days before the scheduled start date, a refund of 50% of the deposit may be issued; if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control; or if there is a fundamental breach of our service agreement by BinaryAI Solutions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@binaryaisolutions.com within 30 days of the service commencement date.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: consultation hours already provided; completed work, reports, or deliverables; custom AI solutions or integrations that have been developed or deployed; any third-party software licenses, API costs, or tools purchased on your behalf; and services provided by our team after the project commencement date. Additionally, any portion of the project that has been completed at the time of cancellation will be billed at our standard hourly rate and deducted from any applicable refund.
